Wow, just wow. We had a problem today accessing a website that is crucial to our business. VirCIO diagnosed the problem as a routing issue with our ISP. While VirCIO was waiting for the ISP to resolve the problem, they were able to get us reconnected by routing this website through their network back to us. Thanks for being so creative and responsive. I don't think that there are many other service providers that could have gotten us back up and running so quickly and painlessly.
